VITAL at SPD Conference, Embracing Inclusivity for Workforce & Workplace

VITAL participated in a conference that focused on "Embracing Inclusivity for Workforce & Workplace." The conference was organised by SPD, Institute of Technical Education, SG Enable, and the 5 Polytechnics, and was moderated by Ms. Yong Yong Chia, an advisor from SPD and a lawyer.

During the panel discussion on "Accessible and Inclusive Strategies in Workplaces," CE Dennis Lui shared about VITAL's inclusive hiring journey. We are thrilled to be part of a community that promotes Diversity, Inclusivity and Equity. The session was insightful, and highlighted the importance of empathy, empowerment, and engagement in the workplace.
